Building on the positive response from their recent offer of free use of the event space, Fun Things Etc will continue the program.  What better place to have a child’s birthday party than at the premiere specialty toy store in Haywood County.  Fun Things Etc has over 700 square feet of party space that can be used for most any type of event.  They also offer theme parties ranging from pirates to princesses or just about any type that is requested.   

Denise Teague, owner of Fun Things Etc. commented, “Some of our most interesting and popular parties over the last few years have been Harry Potter, American Idol, and Under the Sea.  We offer most any theme and can provide all the decorations, party favors, and cake.  We can even provide staff to run the entire event.  Of course if you just want to rent the space and do all the planning and work yourself, we will have the party room ready for you, and the best part is free room rental!

Regular store hours are Sunday 12:30 – 6; Monday thru Thursday 10 – 6; Friday and Saturday 10 - 9.   If you make an appointment they also offer special shopping hours and unique personalized shopping experiences with a Toy Specialist.
